Bumps In Photos Are Bigger Than They Appear

rubybump

Before you say anything, I want you to know that I believe you: There is a case for bubble-wrapping your entire house.

Because, ladies and gentlemen, things that go BUMP in the night, usually turn out to be your 17-month-old toddler spinning and falling head first onto the corner of your bed.

My Image Loader Is Not Working So You Will Just Have To Pay Attention To My Words

What would you like to know about me today?

Oh wait. Since I can’t hear your answer above the din of that darn Internet, I will proceed to tell you what I did today.

I woke up.

I had a gawdawful headache.

I went to work, where I created some tables and looked at excel spreadsheets. I decided spreadsheets were horrid for headaches. I took two pills.

I ate rice for “lunch” at 10:30 a.m.

I ate chicken samosa for lunch at 12:30 p.m. I made a mental note to eat something green for dinner.

My headache became worse. I took two more pills.

I drove to a parking lot near home and tried to sleep in the car. I failed.

I drove home.

Ruby was just up from her two-hour nap, yelling, running around the house, and raring to go. My. Lucky. Day.

I drove Ruby to the grocery store for strawberries and milk.

We stopped at a playground on the way home.

She picked up someone’s shovel and licked it. I believe she swallowed some sand.

I drove home.

I made chicken quesadilla for Ruby.

We watched Ruby videos. She ate.

Jay came home. He watered the plants.

We ate.

Ruby took a bath, drank a little milk, and brushed her teeth.

She refused to sleep unless I rocked her in my arms.

I discovered a 17-month-old weighing 23 pounds and some got heavier with every lullaby.

She finally slept.

I am at the computer. The image loader for my blog isn’t working.

Lucky you.

Excuse Me While I Look Over 800 Photos

So er, we went to Denver.

It was fun.
